The holding temperature range of the electric kettle is from 104℉ to 200℉, to prevent the evaporation of water caused by repeated boiling, the kettle can only hold the water temp at 200°F when the target temperature exceeds 200°F.
According to various altitudes, if the boiling water has boiled and stopped heating before the boiling point reaches 100 °C/212℉. Please don't worry that is a normal phenomenon.
When boiling water, it is normal for the kettle's exterior surface to get hot. Please do not touch the kettle's surface with your bare hands. Only use the kettle's handle, which is insulated and safe to grip.
